Repair and Support Services _
Covering Southend On Sea and the surrounding areas we offer a wide range of services to help get you back up and running as quickly as possibly, with a large number of our repairs returned to the customer within 24 hours!
We have over 18 years experience in the IT hardware and software repair industry so we have the "know how" to get you going again.
We know time is precious, so we will collect your computer right from your front door within a 30 min time slot. repair your computer then return it back to you. its is that simple...
All our repairs are logged into our fully automated system so you know what we are doing every step of the way with regular updates and you can login as see where we are with your repair.
Our promise to you is that we will never charge you for anything unless you authorise it first! so no nasty surprises.
Work Shop Repairs _
we will collect your computer up to 9pm 7 days a week free of charge, take it away for repair then return it back to you once it is fixed. Note: we charge a standard fee of £25.00 for diagnostics, this fee is not payable if you have the repair carried out. For example your computer needs a new power supply fitting and the cost of the repair is £45.00 then this is all you pay. if you have a laptop that will cost £125 to repair and you decide not to have the repair done that all you pay is £25.00 to cover our time we spend diagnosing the problem.
On site repair _
We can carry a number of repairs "on Site" in your own home. we charge £45 for the first hour then £20 for each additional 30 minutes. if we think the repair will be best carried out in our work shop then we will inform you of that before we charge anything! saving you money.
Mac Repairs _
We are one on the few businesses that will and do undertake Apple Mac repairs!
